SD Semesta is a bilingual school that combines the national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) with the Cambridge curriculum for Math, Science, and English subjects. English is the language of instruction for subjects from the Cambridge curriculum, while Indonesian is used for subjects from the national curriculum.

Additionally, the school offers a Character Education Lesson adopted from Harmony Academy, which includes SEL (Social Emotional Learning) and VBE (Value-Based Education). For religious education, a self-development program is provided, which includes Qiroati lessons for learning Quranic reading, memorization of short surahs (Juz 30), and daily prayers

The literacy program utilizes the Learning A to Z platform for English books and class reading corners for Indonesian books. Computer learning (ICT/Information and Computer Technology) is conducted from grades 1-6, where students learn various computer programs such as code.org, Canva, and others.
